Raquel Zabala Gutierrez, from the office of Undersecretariat of Water Resources, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Member of the Argentina Node, proposed the Millennium Project participation to the 4-th World Water Forum to be held in March 16-22, 2006, in Mexico City, Mexico, and accepted to be in charge with the organizational matters.
