France Node - 2003 Activities

Previous six month’s work of the French Node

During the course of the last six months, the association Prospective-Foresight Network has imple-mented on its web site the Millennium Project, witch introduces it’s philosophy and 15 Challenges.

The originality of the Millennium Project’s framework, is to allow experts to answer the questionnaires and interviews on line and to send by enclosed documents their results, concerning the fifteen challenges.

This monthly newsletter have been sent to 1200 French and European foresight’s specialists and the website has been seen by 700 persons each month.

Moreover, during these last six months, Prospective-Foresight Network has attempted to motivate  the French Foresight specialists to the Millennium Project in order to make them participate. The prospective-foresight.com ‘s back office is changing to be more efficient. You will discover the new version in September.

Participation in Activities of the Millennium Project :
• Launching of 2002 State of the Future in media - Presentation of The Millennium Project, future studies and future research in media
• Middle East Peace Scenarios - Round 1 - questionnaires
• Translation questionnaire into French language
• Presentation of the questionnaires on the web site and in the monthly newsletters
