The Gulf Institute for Futures and Stategic Studies (GIFSS) in Kuwait is the home for the Gulf Region Node. 
GIFSS is a subsidiary of Dar Almashora for Consulting in Kuwait.

Dr. Ismail Al-Shatti is the President of both organizations and is the Chairman of the Millennium Project Node.
