Alan Reyolds is the director of economic research at the Hudson Institute, and senior vice president with H.C. Wainwright & Co. Economics (Boston). He was formerly chief economist with Polyconomics Inc., and vice president of the First National Bank of Chicago.
Mr. Reynolds served as research director with the National Commission on Economic Growth and Tax Reform (the "Kemp Commission"), and on the OMB transition team in 1981. His work has appeared in numerous publications since 1971, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, National Review, The New Republic, Orbis, the O.E.C.D., and The Washington Times.
Mr. Reynolds is a member of the editorial advisory board of International Economy magazine, of the federal tax committee of the National Tax Association.
